During the peak harvest season from October to December, our menus feature an abundance of local mangoes and kenari nuts.
• Supporting Cultural Heritage: We facilitate respectful and non-transactional visits to local communities, always pre-arranged with village elders. Guests are briefed on local customs, or ‘adat’, to foster genuine cultural exchange. We actively encourage guests to purchase authentic, locally-made products—such as handcrafted model ‘kora-kora’ war canoes or pure nutmeg oil—ensuring 100% of the money goes directly to the artisans.
